Return Policies
LauraAnneDesigns.com  HANDMAE BEADED JEWELRY DESIGNS  is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:
  • Shipping on returns is non refundable, & shipping is $10.00, & $2.00 for each additional pieces.  
  • Refunds are accepted within 10 days, providing item shows no signs of wear, with original tags & are repacked with protective packing material, sent insured, & no signature required upon delivery. 
  • Refunds will be processed with in 7-10 days.
  • Items purchased  and returned will have shipping fee subtracted from toal due to cover reprocessing.

Shipping Policies
RETURN Shipping to LauraAnneDesigns.com is at the customer's expense.  *exceptions will be granted thru E mail if deemed appropriate, address will be given upon receipt of request of a return.
